Is this forum dead? I posted a thing last year which was deleted, and no one has posted here for quite a while.
Why?

No. Slow doesn't equal dead.

It was probably the content of your post.

That's blatantly and unequivocally not true. Why would you suggest such a thing?
That's what I asked. |

Really? Line-by-line?
The post which was deleted, by the way, didn't have any content attached to it. So there is that.
And what do you constitute as "slow" vs. dead? I see only two posts from 2016. One from June and another from September. Then we jump to my post in May 2017. Slow?

I have no idea what you are talking about?
There were a few posts on Saturday and 2 new ones on 2 new threads, plus your comment on this one, this morning. There have been numerous loglines and beat sheet comments, requests and such.
That's what I call slow, but far from dead.
As I said, I don't know enough to identify the problem, but you should probably figure out (empty cache, maybe?) why you aren't seeing all the new threads and comments on existing ones. |

Yeah...the only thing I see in this forum "Hall of Records" are posts (this is on the front page) going back to 2012. Only a handful of posts from each year. Same here at work and on the computer at home.

Sorry, I didn't know you were referring to this sub-sub-forum, in particular. I thought you were referring to StC's "Community Forum", which is why it didn't make any sense, to me.
I don't enter the forums, directly, but through the "view posts since last visit" link. |
