UPDATE: I strongly suggest you get at least four or five people to critique your script. It's too easy to second guess or criticize the notes of a single person. You love the scene where Billy turns up the heat on the pot of water with the frog in it. A buddy tells you to axe it. Well, what does she know about writing if she doesn't see the merit of your favorite scene? But that advice isn't so easy to dismiss if four out of five people tell you the same thing. Be open minded about criticism, ask questions if you don't understand the advice you're getting, and please get multiple reads. You'll be more receptive and better for it.
