Considering how much fun this was to watch with a sold out theater, I'm wondering if it will be even mildly enjoyable on video. Great crowd participation movie though and actually scary. One of the few genuinely scary movies I've seen.

This reminds me of a webseries that Blake tried to sell called "Arctic Attack." I thought the concept was great: aliens attack a military base in the arctic and the whole thing is viewed only on the base's security cameras. No one bought it though. Sad

When I went to see it with my girlfriend, she said she would've royally freaked out if we watched it as a late-night rental, and she had a tough time, as it was, dealing with me getting home after nine pm for a week, even though we watched it as a morning matinee.

Since it was touted as the scariest movie of the decade, I spent the whole movie expecting to lose control of my bodily functions - wishful thinking. But I am excited about its success.

PA easily made my top five scary list, joining the likes of The Exorcist and The Shining (my top fave). It is a writing triumph, creating intense emotion with a single ordinary house, 4-5 actors and bare-bones effects. Sales of almost 5000 times its production budget have also broken the ROI record set by The Blair Witch Project.

It won't break blockbuster sales records, but hopefully PA will open up more opportunities for character-driven horror and thrillers.
