Finally...somewhere we can meet and work on our scripts. No matter where you live.

Cody and I are starting a group. We're discussing meeting monthly (for now) in person and networking online in between. We've invited a couple other people. But if you are in the LA area and not already in a writers group, feel free to contact one of us if you're interested.

Actually, Mike, I stole that name from your old high school yearbook...

Funny story. Last night I was telling a friend we were starting a screenwriting group, she was doing something and didn't quite hear me and said "What? Your starting a screenwriting club?" I then went off on a tangent about how it was a group and not a club. Club sounds like a bunch of nerds.

It most certainly does. Group usually involves actions... a club usually involves talking about becoming a group and doing actions Razz
